This hot, spicy and delicious Chicken and Yellow Rice is so easy to make and just needs basic ingredients.
Spicy Chicken and Yellow Rice Recipe
500g chicken breast
1 TBSP margarine
1 cup long grain ricesalt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 large tomatoe chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1/4 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp chopped chillies
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Heat margarine and fry chicken until white.
Add onions, fry until tender.
Add rice, salt, pepper and stock to pan, stir.
Add tumeric, chillies, cumin and garlic, cook for 5 minutes
Stir in chopped tomato, green pepper.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
