Lemon Rounds Recipe

Details

These lemon rounds are a perfect single serving dessert

Recipe:

Cake Flour
300g
Margarine
200g
Icing Sugar
120g
vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoon
lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp
Juice from 1 lemon
Icing sugar to dust

METHOD

Cream butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy
add cake flour and mix lightly
Mould into small balls
Place on a geased baking tray
Press down with a fork
Bake at 180 for 12 min till edges show golden brown
