What’s in season? Make creamy fruit tarts with fresh fruits.
RECIPE:

Ingredients
For cases Cake Flour 250g
Butter
110g
Eggs
1
Filling
Fresh cream
200ml
Sugar
50g
Fruits
200g
For glaze
Apricot jam
2 tbsp
Water
1 tbsp

Directions
Rub in flour and butter
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla essence
Mix into the flour
Roll the pastry, cut and place into greased moulds
Bake blind for 15min
Whip cream and sugar
Half fill the cases
Arrange the fruits in the cases
Boil the glaze ingredients and apply.
