Dill Potato Salad

An amazing potato salad with mayonnaise, red onions and dill. A recipe that will take your cook-out to the next level.


• 500g-1kg Baby Potatoes
• 1 Cup Rab Roy Mayonnaise
• ¼ Cup White Wine
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard
• ½ Cup Choppec Fresh Dill
• Salt & Pepper
• ½ Cup Diced Celery
• ½ Cup Diced Red Onion

1. Season boiling water with 2 Tbsp. Salt, add Baby Potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Meanwhile combine 1 Cup Mayonnaise, ¼ Cup White Wine, 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard, ½ Cup Fresh Dill and 1 tsp. Salt & Pepper.
3. Halve the cooked Potatoes, add ½ Cup Diced Celery, ½ Cup Diced Red Onion, Dressing and toss to coat.
